Worship Arts

The goal of our worship service is simple: Exalt Jesus Christ and help you make a personal connection with Him. We also believe that worship is not limited to Sunday. Worship is a lifestyle of humble obedience and pure surrender. Worship is, by definition, a life lived in connection with the person of Jesus Christ.

Our services gather our body together so that we can join our hearts, minds, and voices to give glory, honor, and praise to God, through Jesus our Lord. We do this through music and strong Biblical teaching.

Each worship service at New McKendree is unique!

High Street offers a traditional worship with piano, organ, choir, and bell choir. There is also a children's choir that performs on special occasions.  

Worship Times: Saturday 5 p.m. & Sunday 9 a.m.

South Campus offers guitar driven music in the style of Matt Redman, David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Rend Collective, and Hillsong United. Teaching is solidly based in Scripture and focused on Christ.  On occasion we utilize appropriate art forms such as drama and video to illustrate the Biblical teaching.

Worship Time: Sunday 10:30 a.m.
